- All of our technicians have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Air Conditioning and Heating profession and receive factory training on new products as they are introduced. Fully stocked service trucks and repair shop located between Cape Royale and Wolf Creek Park on FM 224 in Coldspring.
- Annual maintenance agreements are available for all brands of equipment.
- Factory authorized dealer for Trane, Sure Comfort and Ruud Heating and Cooling Systems. Technicians receive factory training.
- Manufacturer's warranty service available on most brands of heating and cooling systems
- New equipment installations supervised by EPA Certified and Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation licensed A/C technicians instead of non-technical "installers".
- Ductwork sealed with approved duct sealant to improve efficiency, float switches installed to help prevent water damage.
- Member of Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) www.acca.org.
- New home systems and ductwork sized using ACCA residential load calculation Manual J to ensure effective temperature and humidity control.
- Air balancing to ensure all rooms maintain a uniform temperature.
- State licensed and insured.
